Welcome to post-something.net ("Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, operated by American Webbery, LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Site. You agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and American Webbery, LLC. We may update these Terms at our discretion, and the most current version will be posted here with the updated effective date.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting or uploading content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, or privacy).
• Spamming, harassing, or abusing other users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Site’s functionality.
• Using automated tools (e.g., bots) to access or scrape the Site without permission.

3. Collection of IP Addresses

When you create a post on the Site, we collect your IP address to help maintain the security and integrity of the Site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Your IP address is encrypted before being stored in our database and is automatically deleted after 24 hours as part of our auto-deletion policy. 4. User-Generated Content

The Site allows you to upload images, posts, or other content ("Contributions"). By posting Contributions, you grant American Webbery, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Contributions for operating and promoting the Site during the 24-hour period they are available, after which they are automatically deleted as described in our Content Removal and Auto-Deletion section. You represent that you own or have the right to share your Contributions and that they do not violate any laws or third-party rights. We may remove any Contributions that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

5. Content Removal and Auto-Deletion

All posts submitted to Post Something are temporary and will be automatically deleted 24 hours after creation. This includes the post description, uploaded image, and any associated metadata. Once deleted, posts cannot be recovered. By submitting a post, you acknowledge and agree to this auto-deletion policy. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, and code (excluding user Contributions), is owned by American Webbery, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without our written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Webbery, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in Site content.
• Loss of data or interruptions in Site access.
• Damages from malware, hacking, or unauthorized access to your account.

IF WE ARE FOUND LIABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold American Webbery, LLC, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your Contributions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of The United States of America, Michigan.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and American Webbery, LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
